1. Introduction & Acceptance

UKFestPass.com ("we", "us", "site") is an affiliate ticket discovery platform operated from Milton Keynes, England, UK. By accessing ukfestpass.com, using search, or clicking Book Now, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site.

We are NOT a ticket seller, box office, promoter, or venue. We are an affiliate marketing site displaying events from the Skiddle.com API feed. Our Skiddle Affiliate ID is Tag 15796 (sktag=15796). All Book Now links contain this tag.

2. Affiliate Disclosure — ASA UK & FTC Compliant

This site contains affiliate links — #ad. When you click Book Now and purchase on Skiddle.com, we earn commission at NO extra cost to you. You pay the same price as direct on Skiddle.

• We only display official Skiddle sellers. We do not add fees.
• We are not owned by Skiddle Ltd. Skiddle is a third party; Skiddle terms apply at checkout.
• Affiliate income funds site operation.

3. Ticket Information & Accuracy

All festival data (names, dates, venues, prices, lineups, images) comes from the Skiddle.com XML feed via API. The feed is cached and refreshed every 6 hours.

• We filter to festivals only via keyword "festival" in name, description and categories. We aim for 150–250 UK festivals but do not guarantee completeness.
• Images come from the Skiddle <image> tag, often via CloudFront (d31fr2pwly4c4s.cloudfront.net). We do not own these images; copyright remains with Skiddle/venue.
• Prices shown as "From £xx" are accurate at fetch time but may change on Skiddle without notice.
• Dates, lineups and venues may change or be cancelled by the organiser. We are not liable. Check the Skiddle event page for the latest.
• 8 "People's Favorites" windows are manually selected editor's picks marked ❤️.
• 10 Featured Festivals rotate across 20 pages = 200 festivals; auto-rotation every 60 seconds.

4. No Contract & No Liability

Clicking Book Now takes you to Skiddle.com. Your contract is with Skiddle and/or the event organiser, NOT with UKFestPass.com. We cannot issue refunds.

• For cancellations, refunds, entry issues, age restrictions and camping rules, contact Skiddle or the venue direct.
• Festivals may be 18+, 16+, or family-friendly. Check the age policy on Skiddle before booking. Camping is at your own risk.
• We are not liable for: cancellation, postponement, lineup changes, travel costs, accommodation loss, personal injury at a festival, weather, or any indirect loss.
• Maximum liability is £0 — we provide information free of charge. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where UK law prohibits such exclusion.

5. Website Design & Intellectual Property

• The luminous 4-color gradient background (45° #FF1493 Illuminous Pink, #39FF14 Illuminous Green, #000000 Black, #14b8a6 Teal) animated over 15s is our design, owned by UKFestPass.com.
• Site layout is inspired by Shoobs.com structure on a legal basis; no code is copied — all CSS/Tailwind is written from scratch.
• The UKFESTPASS wordmark and logo are owned by us.
• Skiddle logos and festival logos remain property of their respective owners.
• You may not scrape, copy the XML feed, or clone the site for commercial use.

6. Privacy, Cookies & Analytics — GDPR UK

Data controller: UKFestPass.com, Milton Keynes. Contact via /contact. We collect: (a) GA4 (G-MQFQI3Y2KB) and GTM (GTM-KQKQQ3VG) analytics including pages viewed, device and anonymised IP; (b) search terms (not linked to identity); (c) cookie consent preference from localStorage; (d) contact form name, email and message if you contact us.

• We do NOT collect payment details — these are handled by Skiddle.
• Cookies: Essential, Analytics (GA4 _ga, _gid) and Preference (cookieConsent). See /cookies. The banner offers Accept or Decline.
• Legal basis: legitimate interest and consent. You can object via the cookie banner.
• GDPR rights: access, delete, object — use /contact — 30-day response. You may also contact the ICO at ico.org.uk.
• Retention: analytics 14 months, contact form data 12 months.
• Transfers: Supabase EU; GA4 US with standard contractual clauses and anonymised data.

7. Age & Eligibility

Site usable by ages 16+. Some festivals are 18+; check the age policy on Skiddle before booking.

8. Prohibited Use

Do not: hack, overload the Skiddle API, upload illegal content, spam the contact form, or use the site for unauthorised resale.

9. Changes & Severability

We may update these Terms at any time. The new version will be posted with a new date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses remain enforceable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction. Our base is Milton Keynes, UK.
